But the good things do not end there as the façade in the west boasts of large operable screens that can be either entirely closed of open depending on weather and privacy one seeks. It is these panels that give the house its distinct façade.
A flood of natural light from above and connectivity with the garden and a small deck outside give this area a larger than life appeal and turn it into the perfect setting for a social gathering. At the end of it all is the tranquil and curated family room that enjoys unabated access to the pool even as smart design keeps out prying eyes.
The creative folk from also ensured that the stone walls inside the house were used in a smart and striking fashion with white contemporary surfaces and finishes allowing them to shine through.
Designed by AE Arquitectos this large and spacious home is instantly recognizable thanks to its exterior in gray that has been crafted using cut and molded volcanic rocks. The rocks give the home a personality of its own even while striking to the contemporary-urban narrative of the structure. Pinewood has been combined with the stoic presence of rock to add a warm cozy appeal to an otherwise minimal silhouette.
